How does your product/service work?

We offer a logistical solution for people who have extra unused pills or are able to obtain prescription medication from legitimate pharmacies and obtain their extra pills and pharmacy receipts, verify the authenticity and prescription information, and then provide the verified medication to patients in need, or facing a shortage. Our process is designed to prioritize the integrity of the medication being listed and providing a fast delivery for people in need as well as fast payouts for verified authentic medication. We're open to purchasing stock of any medication listed on our shop.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on [what factors affect your price]. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our Shop page to view each products which all have dedicated pages and information listed in each page.

I received a package with the wrong contents

If you received a package from us with the wrong contents, please take 2 photos of the package you received. The first photo showing the package as it came in, second photo showing the opened pack and contents. We will look into the issue with urgency and rectify and reship after all verifications have been completed. You will not be expected to return any package.

Can I use my real address?

The way that we handle communication and shipment makes it safe to use any address, provided you have control over the mail to specified address. So yes, you can use your real address if you are in control of the mail. However for the more discrete orders of items which we can't list on our shop (negotiated through live chat or email), we advise the use of a PO Box or 3rd party locker. Even though we take extra measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all exchange with our clients, we generally advise that they open up PO Boxes for packages ordered from us, especially orders that may be compromising/sensitive.

Where do you ship from?

Where we ship from depends on where we're shipping to. In other words, we have several locations with warehouses in USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

  • For USA, we would ship from NY or CA.

  • For Canada, we would ship from Toronto.

  • For Europe, we would ship from Netherlands

  • For Australia, we would ship from Sydney

Minimum/Maximum order quantity Rules

The minimum order quantity is clearly stated for each product and is usually 50 pills or a full bottle depending on the particular item. The maximum order quantities for all products is 5000 pills. Product specific minimum and maximum order quantity rules can also be found under the specified product page. All products are listed on the Store. We're open to reviewing the maximum order quantities for specific cases.

How do you take payment?

We primarily accept payments through bitcoin.

However, if you do not have access to crypto we may be able to process Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or Apple pay payments provided your order total is worth over $400.
